SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within seven days of you placing your order, excluding weekend, holidays and shut downs. Many of our products are made at the time the order is placed. This is one of the ways we guarantee you are getting the best quality products.

We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are based on actual size and weight of the package(s). When you check out the shipping amount is an estimate only and is subject to change. Shipping to some UPS zones can take up to 9 days. Please keep that in mind when placing your order.

Please be sure to double-check your address. If the package is sent out with an incorrect address and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept PayPal as well as checks. If paying by check you order will not be shipped until payment has cleared the bank. Checks that are returned will be charged a $25.00 NSF fee. If your credit card charges are declined, we will try and contact you via phone or email. Your order will be held for a period of three (3) days. RETURNS:
Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are expected. Due to the handmade nature of our products and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges
